We want your NutriHaul order to reach you quickly and in perfect condition. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners, you will be notified during checkout.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹599. Orders below this threshold attract a flat shipping fee of ₹49.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed clearly in your cart before you complete payment. There are no hidden charges.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). We aim to dispatch all confirmed orders within 1 to 2 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email or WhatsApp notification with your shipment tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are:
• Metro cities (Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai): 2 to 4 business days.
• Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 3 to 6 business days.
• Remote or rural areas: 5 to 9 business days.
These are estimates and not guaranteed timelines. Delivery times may be affected by courier delays, peak season demand, weather disruptions, or force majeure events beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or WhatsApp. You can use this link to monitor your shipment in real time through our courier partner [Insert Courier Partner Name — e.g. Delhivery / Bluedart]’s website.
If you have not received a tracking update within 3 business days of your dispatch notification, please contact us at info@nutrihaul.com.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to two times at your provided address. If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, the recipient being unavailable, or refusal to accept the parcel, the package may be returned to us. In such cases:
• We will notify you once the parcel is returned.
• Re-delivery will be attempted after you confirm a valid address and may attract an additional re-shipping charge.
• If you prefer a refund instead of re-delivery, we will process a refund minus the original shipping cost (if any).
Please ensure your delivery address, pin code, and phone number are accurate at the time of placing your order. NutriHaul is not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives visibly damaged — for example, the outer packaging or product container is clearly tampered with or broken — please do not accept the delivery. Immediately contact us at info@nutrihaul.com with photographs. We will arrange a replacement shipment at no charge.
In the rare event that a tracked shipment is lost in transit, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will file a claim with the courier and, upon confirmation of the loss, issue either a full replacement or a full refund at your preference.
GST and Invoicing
