Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, your order will be processed only after you confirm it via the confirmation email or SMS sent by us.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery Timeline

• Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

• Other Serviceable Locations: 3–6 business days

The estimated turnaround time is 3–8 business days from order confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders across India.

Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery partner may contact you. Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.

Serviceable Locations

We currently ship only within India and do not ship outside India at the moment.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order any time before it is shipped. To request a cancellation, write to us at info@nutrihaul.com. Once your cancellation is acknowledged, any prepaid amount will be refunded within 7 business days. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless:

• The product was damaged in transit.

• The product has a physical defect.

To raise a return request, email us at info@nutrihaul.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product. Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, the seal has been broken, or the serial number has been tampered with.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement. If the product does not qualify for a return, it will be couriered back to you.

Refunds for online payments are processed to the original payment source within 7 business days of approval. Refunds for COD orders are processed to your bank account within 14 business days of approval.
