    Like most people stuck indoors all day, my vitamin D levels were super low. Started taking these about a month ago and honestly feel a lot less sluggish by mid-afternoon. Small capsules, super easy to swallow, and zero stomach issues. Definitely making this part of my daily routine.

How to get the most from your Product

When to take it

Take 1 capsule daily with a meal containing fat. Vitamin D3 and K2 are fat-soluble, so food helps absorption. Consistency matters more than timing.
When to expect results

Vitamin D levels typically begin to rise within 2–3 weeks. Most people notice improvements within the first month, while long-term bone health benefits require consistent daily use.
Should I get my levels tested?

Yes. A 25(OH)D blood test is the best way to assess your Vitamin D status. If your levels are very low, your doctor may recommend a higher therapeutic dose before switching to maintenance.

Important Note

If you take blood thinners (such as warfarin), have kidney disease, or high blood calcium, consult your doctor before use. This daily dose is suitable for most healthy adults.

Why do I need K2 if I'm taking D3?
