By accessing, browsing, or using the Website or placing an order through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to purchase products from NutriHaul. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and that you are purchasing for personal, non commercial use only.

Products and Descriptions

We take care to display product descriptions, ingredient lists, and supplement facts as accurately as possible. Product packaging, formulations, or labelling may be updated from time to time. The most current information will always appear on the packaging you receive. Images on the Website are for illustrative purposes only.

Pricing and Payments

All prices on the Website are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any order confirmed prior to a price change will be honoured at the price displayed at the time of order.

We accept payment via credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, and any other method listed at checkout. Payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. NutriHaul does not store your payment credentials.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment is not successfully processed or if we detect a fraudulent transaction. In such cases, any amount charged will be refunded in full within five to seven business days.

Order Confirmation and Cancellation

An email or WhatsApp confirmation will be sent once your order is placed successfully. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order, it is not a guarantee of fulfilment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if the product is out of stock or discontinued, if there has been a pricing error, or if we identify a suspected fraudulent transaction. If we cancel your order, you will be notified promptly and any payment made will be refunded within five to seven business days.

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by writing to info@nutrihaul.com. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Website are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

We encourage you to contact us first at info@nutrihaul.com to resolve any issue informally. Either party may also voluntarily refer the dispute to mediation. This clause does not affect your statutory right to approach a Consumer Forum or Court under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
