Our Formulations
Three products.
Done properly.
We launched with three micronutrients most Indians are commonly low in — and formulated each one without compromise.
Omega-3 Fish Oil
Triglyceride form · 120 softgels · Peruvian anchovies
Magnesium Bisglycinate
Chelated form · 120 capsules · Zero fillers
Vitamin D3 + K2
Vitashine D3 · BioEssence MK-7 · Plant-based
Full label transparency.
Every ingredient declared. Every dose stated. No proprietary blends, no undisclosed excipients.
Triglyceride form.
Better absorption.
Most fish oil uses ethyl ester (EE) form — it's cheaper, but requires a fat-heavy meal for adequate absorption. TG form absorbs like omega-3s found naturally in fish, regardless of when you take it.
+ 480mg DHA · per 2 softgel serving
Sourced from wild Peruvian anchovies — a low-mercury, sustainably sourced species. Peppermint oil for a fresher experience. Vitamin E (D-Alpha Tocopherol) to protect freshness during storage, not as a filler.
| Ingredient | Per 2 Softgels |
|---|---|
| Fish Oil (TG form) | 2000mg |
| — Providing EPA | 720mg |
| — Providing DHA | 480mg |
| Peppermint Oil | 10mg |
| Vitamin E (D-Alpha Tocopherol) | 10mg |
| Capsule shell (Gelatin, fish-grade) | — |
Serving: 2 softgels/day · 30 servings per bottle · Recommended with a meal
Two ingredients.
That's the whole formula.
Magnesium Bisglycinate Chelate and a vegetarian HPMC capsule. Nothing else — no flow agents, no anti-caking agents, no silicon dioxide, no fillers. This is the only NutriHaul product with a genuinely zero-filler formulation.
Elemental magnesium · 32% RDA · per 2 capsule serving
The chelated bisglycinate form is gentler on digestion than magnesium oxide or citrate, less likely to cause a laxative effect, and absorbs more efficiently. The glycine it's bound to also supports calm and sleep quality.
| Ingredient | Per 2 Capsules |
|---|---|
| Magnesium Bisglycinate Chelate | 1000mg |
| — Providing Elemental Magnesium | 120mg (32% RDA) |
| Capsule shell (Vegetarian HPMC) | — |
Serving: 2 capsules/day · 30 servings per bottle · Best taken in the evening
Vitashine D3.
BioEssence MK-7.
Both are clinically recognised, branded ingredient forms. Vitashine sources D3 from lichen — making it the only genuinely vegan D3. BioEssence MK-7 is the longest-acting form of K2, staying active in the bloodstream far longer than MK-4.
+ 55mcg MK-7 K2 · per capsule · 60 servings
D3 improves calcium absorption from your gut. Without K2, that calcium can accumulate in arteries rather than going to bone. MK-7 helps direct calcium where it belongs. One filler — MCC — is necessary here to achieve consistent capsule fill weight. We use MCC instead of rice flour because rice flour degrades MK-7 potency over the product's shelf life.
| Ingredient | Per 1 Capsule |
|---|---|
| Vitashine® Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol, lichen source) | 600 IU / 15mcg (100% RDA) |
| BioEssence® Vitamin K2 MK-7 (Menaquinone) | 55mcg (100% RDA) |
| Microcrystalline cellulose (INS 460) | — |
| Capsule shell (Vegetarian HPMC, INS 464) | — |
Serving: 1 capsule/day · 60 servings per bottle · Best taken with a fat-containing meal
Three things we
won't compromise on.
Omega-3 in TG form, not the cheaper EE form. Magnesium as bisglycinate chelate, not oxide or citrate. D3 paired with MK-7, the longest-acting K2 form. We chose each ingredient form for absorption efficacy, not manufacturing cost.
Most supplement labels tell you what's in the product. Very few tell you why that specific form was chosen.
Full ingredient list on every label. No proprietary blends, no undisclosed excipients. Magnesium Bisglycinate has two ingredients — the active and the capsule shell. When a filler is necessary (MCC in D3+K2), we say why it's there and why we chose it over the alternative.
Titanium dioxide is a common filler that makes capsules look white. You will never find it in a NutriHaul product.
Every bottle carries a QR code. Scan it and you'll land on the third-party lab report for that specific batch — not a certificate of analysis summary, not a marketing page. The actual report, showing purity and potency for what you're holding in your hand.

Most supplement brands display a generic quality certificate. We built a verification portal that connects each bottle's QR code to the lab report for that specific batch — so you can verify what you're taking, not what the brand claims about their process in general.
Every NutriHaul bottle carries a unique QR code on the front label, linked to that batch's test report.

How Much EPA and DHA Do You Actually Need? What the Evidence Shows
Most fish oil labels show total fish oil, not EPA and DHA. One number looks large; the other is what matters. Here is what clinical research says about effective dosing — and how most products fall short of it.

Triglyceride vs Ethyl Ester Omega-3: The Form Most Brands Do Not Tell You About
Built from the inside
of a gym in London.
NutriHaul started from a simple frustration. Bharat and Gaurav were standing in London gyms, reading supplement labels and realising that most of what was being sold — even the premium-priced products — was full of fillers, under-dosed actives, and forms chosen for cost, not efficacy.
The Indian supplement market had the same problem, with less scrutiny. So they decided to build something different: a brand that treats the label as a contract with the customer — every ingredient disclosed, every form justified, every batch verified.
NutriHaul is built on a single belief: if we have to compromise on what goes in the bottle, we won't make the product.
Finance graduate, University of Kent, London. Previously co-founded Bharatil Industries. The frustration of navigating opaque supplement labels in London gyms was the founding insight for NutriHaul.
Co-founded NutriHaul with a shared conviction that the Indian supplement market deserved better formulations, cleaner labels, and genuine transparency — not just better marketing.
Marketed by NutriHaul Private Limited, Nagpur, Maharashtra. Manufactured in GMP-certified facilities in Himachal Pradesh and Indore.
