Return and Refund Policy

At NutriHaul, we stand behind the quality of our products and the transparency of our formulations. This policy explains clearly when you can request a return or refund, how to do so, and what to expect.
When Are Returns Accepted?
Because our products are consumable dietary supplements, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products under standard circumstances. However, we will process a return and full refund or replacement in the following situations:
• You received a physically damaged product (e.g., broken seal, cracked container, spillage).
• You received the wrong product — a different SKU, variant, or flavour from what you ordered.
• The product you received is expired or has a best-before date that has already passed at the time of delivery.
• The product arrives with missing components (e.g., a missing dosing spoon that was advertised).
In all other cases — including change of mind, taste preference, or not seeing results — we are unable to offer a refund. We encourage you to read our product education content thoroughly before purchasing to ensure the product is right for you.
Reporting Window — Important
To be eligible for a return or refund, you must report the issue to us within 7 calendar days of the date of delivery. Reports submitted after 7 days will not be eligible for processing.
To report an issue, email us at info@nutrihaul.com with:
• Your order number.
• A clear description of the issue.
• Photographs of the product, the packaging, and the original outer delivery box from all angles.
Return Process
Once we review your request and confirm eligibility:
• We will arrange a reverse pickup of the product through our courier partner at no cost to you.
• The product must be in its original packaging (outer box, original container, and original invoice) and must be unused and unopened unless the issue is physically evident on the sealed product.
• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method — credit card, debit card, UPI, or bank account — within 5 to 7 business days after the returned product is received by us. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the credit.
We do not offer cash refunds for Cash on Delivery orders; in such cases, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or as a store credit, as agreed with you.
Non-Returnable Situations
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
• Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with (unless the defect was physically evident before opening).
• Products purchased from any third-party platform, marketplace, or reseller — please contact that platform directly.
• Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer after delivery.
• Issues reported after 7 calendar days of delivery.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at contact@nutrihaul.com as soon as possible. Orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a full refund. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
